Welcome to Labjoo.
By using the app, you accept these Terms of Use.
1. User account
- You must create an account with a valid email address and a username.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity linked to your account.
- You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting our support.
2. User content (comments, likes, sharing)
- You may post comments, like, bookmark, or share content.
- You agree not to post illegal, offensive, defamatory, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Labjoo may moderate or remove any content that does not comply with these rules.
- You remain solely responsible for what you publish.
3. Reporting and moderation
- A report button is available on each piece of content.
- We may remove or block an account in case of abuse or repeated non-compliance.
4. Rights of use
By posting content, you grant Labjoo the right to display and distribute it solely within the app.
5. Liability
The app is provided "as is", without guarantee of being free of bugs or interruptions.
Labjoo cannot be held liable for content published by users.
Privacy policy
This policy describes how we process your personal data in connection with Labjoo.
1. Data collected
We collect:
- Email and username (for your account)
- Technical identifier (generated for your account)
- Interaction history (comments, likes, bookmarks)
- Technical data (logs, device, IP) for security.
2. Purposes
Your data is used to:
- Create and manage your account
- Enable social features (comments, likes, sharing, bookmarks)
- Ensure security, moderation, and service improvement.
3. Hosting
Data (account, scores, interactions) is stored and secured via Neon (database), a GDPR-compliant provider.
Videos are delivered via Cloudflare (CDN), a GDPR-compliant provider.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data.
We only share with:
- Neon (database hosting) — GDPR compliant
- Cloudflare (video delivery) — GDPR compliant
- Google AdMob (ads) — GDPR compliant via standard contractual clauses
- Firebase Analytics (analytics) — GDPR compliant via standard contractual clauses
- Authorities when required by law.
5. Retention
Your data is kept:
- While your account is active
- For up to 3 years after your last activity in the app
- Automatically deleted after that period
- You may request their deletion at any time via settings or by contacting us at the address below.

By default, the following features are enabled to improve your experience:
Public rankings:
- Your scores may appear in the public rankings with your username
- You can disable this in Settings > My preferences
Analytics:
- We collect usage data to improve the app
- You can disable this in Settings > My preferences
These options can be changed at any time in the app settings (Account management > My preferences).
